The Mindset for Healthy Eating

We, as a society, have developed a diet mentality that is filled with restrictions, deprivation, "bad foods/behavior", allowances, and so much more. I truly believe that this just sets us up for failure by making us innately want to rebel against what we view as "allowable". By re-wiring our brains to see all foods as "allowable", you would be surprised at how we are then able to choose freely and without self judgement. This in turn naturally helps us to make healthier choices, resulting in healthier habits... and if you change your habits, you change your life.
